Words of certain length who are unique by alignment in protein sequences, using the Blosum62 similarity matrix. They were computed by analysing words created of the 1008135 protein sequences (185761388 amino acids) in the SwissProt database using this program. These wordilarites could be used to encode the transmembrane training data set used by Phobius.
